摘 要:目的分析CBL联合SP教学模式用于妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的效果。方法选取2018年2月—2022年2月在湖南省郴州市第一人民医院妇产科住培基地进行住院医师规范化培训的62名住培医师为研究对象。按随机数表法分为联合组和传统组,每组31名,联合组采用CBL联合SP教学法进行培训教学,传统组采用传统模式教学法进行培训,对比两组的培训效果。结果联合组住院规培医师理论知识考试总成绩明显高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组的临床技能操作考核评分明显高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组住院规培医师对培训的满意度明显高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科住院医师规范化培训期间采用CBL联合SP教学模式可以有效提高住院医师对理论知识的掌握情况,同时可以提高住院医师的临床操作技能,效果明显,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of CBL combined with SP teaching mode in the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents.Methods A total of 62 resident physicians who received standardized training for residents in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residential Training Base of the First People's Hospital of Chenzhou City,Hunan Province from February 2018 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a combined group and a traditional group,with 31 students in each group.The combined group adopted the CBL combined SP teaching method for training and teaching,and the traditional group adopted the traditional model teaching method for training.The training effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total score of the theoretical knowledge test of inpatient training physicians in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical skills and operation assessment scores of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the inpatient training physicians in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of CBL combined with SP teaching mode during the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents can effectively improve the residents'mastery of theoretical knowledge,and at the same time can improve the clinical skills of residents,with obvious effect and high clinical promotion value.
