摘 要:人是道德的主体,捍卫人道是道德教育的价值诉求与伦理意蕴。然而,当前的道德教育中存在着“善行恶报”以及“恶行善报”的人道缺憾,腐蚀了道德的精神感召力与亲和力,僭越了道德教育的“育人”和“成人”的本性。消解道德教育的人道困惑,使人道思想内化为个体的道德品质有赖于制度保障,具体做法有:强化正义的制度建设,营造良好的制度环境;健全惩罚制度和激励机制,践行人本化的管理方式;完备制度运行的操作规程,强化制度的执行力。Human being is the subject of morality.Defending humanity is the value demand and ethical implication of moral education.However,the current moral education suffers from humanity deficiency of“rewarding good deeds with evil”as well as“rewarding evil deeds with good”,which corrodes the spiritual appeal and affinity of morality,and oversteps the“educating”and“nurturing”nature of moral education.Dissolving the humanity confusion of moral education,and internalizing the humanity thought into the individual moral quality depend on institutional guarantee,specifically by strengthening the construction of the justice system and creating a good system environment,improving punishment and incentive mechanism and implementing humanistic management;completing the operational procedures of system and strengthening the implementation of system.
