摘  要:国土空间规划体系的重构为城乡规划学科建设提供了创新动力和改革方向。新中国成立后,城乡规划学科发展经历了从建筑学下设城市规划专业,到城乡规划学一级学科设立,再到城乡规划学融入国土空间规划体系的发展“三部曲”。城乡规划学通过权力、社会、知识三重逻辑的深度融合与相互作用,从顶层指引、外生推力、内生动力三个角度推动学科的发展与演进。由于当下国土空间规划体系重构扰动了三重逻辑及其作用机制,文章从“响应国家治理升级、契合社会服务转型、顺应学科知识演化”三个角度,探讨国土空间规划体系下城乡规划学科建设的适应策略,明确了以空间化为核心的学科本土化理论体系和人才培养体系重构的必要性,有利于更好地认识《高等学校城乡规划本科指导性专业规范》对国土空间规划体系下城乡规划相关学科与专业修改设置的目的。The reconstruction of territorial space planning promotes the development and innovation of urban and rural planning discipline construction.With a review on the historical track of the discipline development since 1949,the paper clarifies the development trilogy of“urban planning”under architecture,“urban and rural planning”,and“urban and rural planning”integrating into territorial space planning.Then it explores the triple logic of“power,society and knowledge”in discipline evolution,constructs the logical framework of discipline construction of“top-level guidance,exogenous driving force and endogenous motivation”.As territorial space planning has disturbed the triple logic and its mechanism,the paper discusses the adaptation strategies of urban and rural planning discipline construction under the territorial space planning from three perspectives of“responding to the upgrading of national governance,conforming to the transformation of social service and conforming to the evolution of discipline knowledge”.It clarifies the necessity of the discipline reconstruction of localized theory system and talent training system with space as the core,and helps better understand the relevant modification of urban and rural planning discipline.
