摘　　要：培养社会主义实用型人才是开放教育的育人目标。为应对教需脱轨的挑战,实现全面“创优提质”战略,探寻适合开放教育的培养路径。成都开放大学积极实施社会工作重点专业建设,从组建专业核心师资团队、实现培养目标与社会需求统一、创新“混合式”教学模式、建设丰富灵活的网络教学资源、推广重点专业建设成果等方面探索出了一条新路径。cultivating socialist practical talents is the educational goal of open education.In order to meet the challenge of the derailment of teaching needs,realize the comprehensive strategy of"creating excellence and improving quality",and explore the training path suitable for open education.Chengdu Open University actively implements the construction of key social work majors,and explores a new path from the aspects of establishing a professional core teacher team,achieving the unification of training objectives and social needs,innovating the"hybrid"teaching mode,building rich and flexible online teaching resources,and promoting the achievements of key professional construction.
