职业院校旅游类专业活页式教材开发与设计探索——以《导游实务》为例

摘　　要：活页式教材以职业能力为本位,突出教学内容的实用性和实践性,契合职业教育教材建设的要求。当前,国家大力倡导开发活页式教材,以提升职业教育教材质量,促进职业教育的发展。通过梳理了《导游实务》教材存在的不足,分析了开发《导游实务》活页式教材的必要性,并从活页式教材设计前端分析、工作岗位分析、典型工作任务分析、学习情境设计、数字化资源开发、教材结构设计等六个方面阐述了《导游实务》活页式教材设计的思路,以期能够提升《导游实务》教材质量,为职业院校旅游类专业教材改革提供借鉴经验。The loose leaf textbooks are based on professional ability,highlight the practicality and practicality of the teaching content and meet the requirements of the construction of vocational education textbooks.Currently,our government vigorously advocates the development of loose leaf textbooks to improve the quality of vocational education textbooks and stimulate the development.This paper analyzes the necessity of developing the loose leaf teaching material of guide practice by combing the shortcomings of the teaching material of guide practice,and expounds the design ideas from six aspects:front-end analysis of loose leaf teaching material design,job analysis,typical work task analysis,learning situation design,digital resource development and teaching material structure design.Hopefully,our research can improve the quality of teaching material of guide practice and provide reference for the reform of tourism teaching materials in vocational colleges.
