摘 要:一个学校的学科发展不仅靠外在的显现,更靠内在的精神。内在的精神是学派形成的关键要件,也是学科的文化传承。南京师范大学教育学科在百廿发展中,涌现出陶行知、陈鹤琴、吴贻芳、鲁洁和朱小蔓等一批教育家。他们在南京师范大学这片沃土上,提出和发展了自己的教育思想。陶行知的生活教育、陈鹤琴的活教育、吴贻芳的厚生育人、鲁洁的教育人学、朱小蔓的情感教育,共同指向成“人”的教育追求,使百廿南师教育学形成了鲜明的人学特色,如同一本不断打开的教育人学,引领后人朝着新时代立德树人的方向前进。The development of a university's academic disciplines depends not only on its external appearance but also on its internal spirit.The internal spirit is key to the formation of a school in a discipline,and it is also the cultural inheritance of the discipline.In the development of the education discipline of Nanjing Normal University,a group of educators have emerged:for example,Tao Xing⁃zhi,Chen Heqin,Wu Yifang,Lu Jie,and Zhu Xiaoman.They put forward and developed their own educational thoughts on the fertile land of Nanjing Normal University:Tao Xingzhi's theory of life edu⁃cation,Chen Heqin's theory of living education,Wu Yifang's theory of education for public welfare,Lu Jie's theory of educational humanism,and Zhu Xiaoman's theory of emotional education all point to the educational pursuit of helping students become a true human being.All this has made the educa⁃tional theories developed in Nanjing Normal University over the past 120 years form a distinct feature of educational humanism.They are like an opening book leading future generations to move forward in the direction of fostering virtue and nurturing talents.
