摘  要:目的 探讨CTTM教学法联合Mini-CEX在呼吸内科规培教学中的效果。方法 选择2019年1月—2021年6月在本院呼吸与危重症医学科进行住院医师规范化培训的学员66人作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(30人)和实验组(36人)两组。对照组采取传统规培教学方法,实验组采取CTTM联合Mini-CEX教学模式,学员完成呼吸内科规培任务后进行出科考核(包括理论考试、病例分析能力考核、技能操作考核)及Mini-CEX测评。结果 实验组学员出科考核中理论考试、病例分析成绩及Mini-CEX测评分数均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),实验组学员经过CTTM联合Mini-CEX模式规培教学后,Mini-CEX测评分数均显著优于入科时测评分数(P<0.05),同时实验组学员及带教教师对教学满意度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CTTM联合Mini-CEX教学模式在呼吸内科规培教学中显示出较传统教学模式的优势,值得在规培教学中进一步推广。Objective To explore the effects of CTTM combined with mini-CEX teaching mode that applied in standardization training for residents in respiratory medicine department.Methods 66 residents received standardization training in department of pulmonary and critical care medicine of our hospital during January 2019 and June 2021 were included in the study, and they were randomly divided into experimental group(36 residents) and control group(30 residents). CTTM combined with mini-CEX teaching mode and traditional teaching method were adopted in experimental group and control group, respectively. After completing the training task, all the residents received standardization training were subject to examination(including theoretical examinations, case analysis ability examination and skill operation examination) and mini-CEX evaluation.Results The scores of theoretical examinations, case analysis and mini-CEX evaluation of the residents in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). After standardization training by using CTTM combined with mini-CEX teaching mode, the mini-CEX evaluation scores of the residents in the experimental group were significantly better than those when they entered the department(P<0.05). Meanwhile, the scores of teaching satisfactory of students and teachers in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions CTTM combined with mini-CEX teaching mode presents the advantages over the traditional teaching mode in standardization training of resident in department of pulmonary and critical care medicine, which is worthy of further promotion in the standardization training of resident doctors.
