摘　　要：为了完成高校要牢牢抓住培养社会主义建设者和接班人这个根本任务、为了实现本科教育从“以教师为中心”转向“以学生为中心”的主流教育理念和教学模式的变革、为了培养新兴工程科技人才,最终实现为地方经济发展培养所需要的、具有创新精神和实践能力的应用型人才目标,“以学生为中心”的《化工原理》课程的重要性日益凸显出来。在该理念下,对《化工原理》教学过程的课程目标、教学内容和考核评价等方面进行了教学研究探索,为培养优秀的化工应用型人才打下基础。“Student-centered”on unit operations of chemical engineering teaching in colleges and universities has become more and more vital to cultivate builders and successors to socialism,to transform mainstream undergraduate education concepts and models from“teacher-centered”,to cultivate innovative engineering talents and to cultivate chemical applied professional talents with innovative spirit and practical ability for local economics ultimately.Hence,teaching reform about curriculum objectives,teaching contents and assessment methods of unit operations of chemical engineering in undergraduate education has been discussed in this paper.
