摘 要:职业院校学前教育专业以培养应用型技能人才为主,教育实习是对职前幼儿园教师开展“专业性职业”能力培养的关键环节。对培养学前教育专业人才的三类职业院校的432名实习生进行调查,卡方检验结果发现三类院校实习在渐进性、实践性、指导性和反思性特征上差异明显。由此得出,职业院校应坚持师范特色开展教育实习,将实习工作与保教知识相融合,分层实施联合指导,开展反思性教育,从而达到“学做幼儿园教师,奠定专业发展根基”的实习目标。Pre-school education majors focus on cultivating applied skilled talents in vocational colleges.Educational internship is very essential for the"professional vocation"training or pre-service kindergarten teachers.Based on the investigation of 432 trainees,the Chi square test results show that there are obvious differences in the features of gradualness,practicality,guidance and reflection in the three types of vocational colleges.It is concluded that the characteristics of teachers training should be maintained in the internship of vocational colleges,nursing and education knowledge should be integrated into internship,joint guidance should be conducted at different levels,and reflective education should be implemented,so as to achieve the goal of"learning to be a kindergarten teacher and laying a foundation for professional development".
