摘　　要：“三全育人”作为一种教育的思想、原则与理念,应贯穿高校教育教学全过程。针对不断扩招的专业学位硕士研究生培养过程中存在的不足与面临的困境,在“三全育人”理念指导下,突出理想信念教育,激发育人动力机制;注重工匠精神培育,重构育人培养机制;强化社会服务能力提升,健全育人评价机制。以期切实提升专业学位硕士研究生实践创新能力。As a kind of thought,principle and idea,“three all-round education”should run through the entire process of college education and teaching.In the light of the shortcomings and difficulties in the cultivation process of professional degree postgraduates who are constantly expanding their enrollment,under the guidance of its theory,highlighting ideal and belief education and stimulating the dynamic mechanism of education;paying attention to the cultivation of craftsman spirit and reconstructing education and training mechanism;emphasizing the improvement of social service capacity and improving the education evaluation mechanism.The aim is to effectively improve the practical innovation ability of professional degree postgraduates.
