摘 要:陕西丹凤县葡萄酒是中国近代有百年发展历史的产品,经历了葡萄酒产业能级发现、能级裂变、能级跃变三个过程,使传统酒厂从1.0阶段发展到目前的酒企与酒庄共存的3.0新阶段。该研究分析了产业内部有文化能级、生态能级、城市能级条件,外部有消费升级、产业融合、区域联动条件,提出丹凤县“找文脉,锚区位,扩全链,破瓶颈”的产业能动-联动路径,全面推进丹凤葡萄酒产业振兴与发展。Wine in Danfeng County of Shaanxi is a product with a history of 100 years in modern China.It has experienced three steps:energy level discovery,energy level fission and energy level jump.The traditional winery has developed from stage 1.0 to a new stage 3.0 in which wine enterprises and wineries coexist.The conditions of cultural energy level,ecological energy level and urban energy level inside the industry,and consumption upgrading,industrial integration and regional linkage outside the industry were analyzed,and the industrial energy level and linkage path of"finding culture,anchoring location,expanding the whole chain and breaking bottlenecks"in Danfeng County were put forward,so as to comprehensively promote the revitalization of Danfeng wine industry.
