摘  要:教育评价改革引领和牵动着中西部基础教育体系建设。受地理环境、经济发展、社会历史、传统积习等诸多因素影响,中西部地区基础教育改革实践遭遇重重困境。困境主要源于国家和人民对中西部基础教育美好愿景与评价现实之间的矛盾,集中表现为评价理念、评价方式、评价主体、评价工具4方面的问题。打破中西部基础教育评价改革困境,需要政府、学校、教师、学生、家长等参与主体协同发力,积极调整与转变评价理念,加强教育评价制度体系建设,关照评价内容多元特色,建立多方主体利益共赢机制等。Educational evaluation reform guides and affects the construction of the basic education system in central and western China.Influenced by many factors such as geographical environment,economic development,social history and traditional habits,the practice of basic education reform in central and western China has encountered many dilemmas.The dilemma mainly stems from the contradiction between the nation’s and people’s expectation of basic education in the area and the evaluation reality,mainly in the four aspects of evaluation orientation,evaluation method,evaluation subject and evaluation tools.To break the dilemma of the basic education reform in central and western China,the government,schools,teachers,students and parents should make concerted efforts to adjust and change the evaluation concept actively,strengthen the evaluation system construction,design evaluation content with multiple features,and establish a win-win mechanism for the interests of multiple subjects.
