摘　　要：临床药学研究方向药学专业学位研究生的临床实践是专业学位研究生培养过程中的一个重要环节,在实践学习过程中把药学理论知识与临床实践紧密衔接。与传统药学服务模式相比较,现代药学服务提高学生在临床药学实践基地实习的教学效果,在实习教学中引入案例教学法,案例教学法是将具有典型的案例与理论知识点穿插在一起,既让学生掌握理论知识,也注重实践技能的培养,把学生带入特定的案例情境中,充分运用案例进行问题解析,在案例教学的过程中引导学生把理论知识运用于临床实践,提高实践技能的一种有效方法。该教学方法效果明显,其核心在于教师围绕教学的重点内容选取密切相关的典型案例,在教学过程中从始至终进行引导,结合案例提出问题,实习学生全程参与,教学气氛活跃,师生互动性很强。有助于引导学生进入理论知识学学习,充分调动兴趣,培养主动性,提高学生发现问题、分析问题与解决问题能力。同时,案例教学法能将教学内容与患者实际情况紧密联系起来,把理论知识运用到药学服务实践中,达到从理论到实践再理论再实践的学习过程。学生对药师的职业素质要求有更加深刻的了解。案例教学法在临床药学实践基地教学中的应用可以借鉴。The clinical practice of graduate students majoring in clinical pharmacy is an important link of clinical pharmacy education and an important stage of integrating pharmacy and medical knowledge.In order to adapt to the new mode of pharmaceutical service and improve the teaching effect of students majoring in pharmacy practicing in the clinical pharmacy practice base,we introduced case method into practice teaching,as a case based approach,to introduce case method into practice teaching,case method is to combine some representative cases with the contents of the teaching materials,to give attention to both theoretical knowledge and practical skills,and to bring students into specific case situations,it is an effective way to make full use of cases to analyze and solve problems and to train students to develop their theoretical knowledge and clinical practice skills.the core of the case method is that the teacher selects relevant and typical cases around the teaching focus,in the teaching process from beginning to end to guide,combined with the case to ask questions,students participate in the whole process,teaching atmosphere is active,teacher-student interaction is strong.It is helpful to arouse students'interest in learning,enhance their initiative in learning,and improve their ability to analyze and solve problems.At the same time,the case method will be able to teach content and patients closely related to the actual situation,the theoretical knowledge into clinical practice,to achieve the transformation from theory to practice.Students have a deeper understanding of the professional requirements of clinical pharmacists.The application of case method in the teaching of clinical pharmacy practice base is worth popularizing.
