摘 要:分别利用液相色谱法、茚三酮显色法、间苯二酚法、高效液相-紫外分光光度计法(HPLC-UV)及高效液相-荧光检测法(HPLC-FLD)检测固体饮料中唾液酸(SA)含量。结果显示,使用HPLC-FLD测定固体饮料中SA含量结果更准确、更稳定。该方法检出限为0.2 mg/L,线性范围在0.5~10 mg/L之间,线性相关性良好,相关系数R2为0.9999,样品加标回收率为93.4%~110.6%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为5.11%~15.81%。该方法检测结果准确,可用于茶粉等固体饮料中唾液酸含量检测。The content of sialic acid(SA) in tea powder was determined respectively by high performance liquid spectrophotometry, ninhydrin method, resorcinol method, high performance liquid-ultraviolet spectrophotometry(HPLC-UV)and high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection(HPLC-FLD). It was found that the results of HPLCFLD were more accurate and stable. The result indicated that the limits of detection was 0.2 mg/L;The linear range was from 0.5 mg/L to 10 mg/L, with good linearity(R^(2)=0.999 9);The spike recovery rate of sialic acid was from 93.4% to 110.6%;The relative standard deviation was from 5.11% to 15.81%. It was indicated that HPLC-FLD could be applicable in the determination of sialic acid in tea powder.
