摘　　要：大规模在线开放课程平台是数字教育资源发布的重要渠道之一,针对其建立科学合理的资源评价机制,对优化数字教育资源环境尤为关键。文章根据慕课平台资源评价机制现状,基于区块链技术构建数字教育资源评价机制,创新性地引入用户信任值,并设计信任值计算模型和评价体系奖惩制度,在激励用户全方位参与到资源评价、扩大现有资源评价参与面的同时,保障用户评价质量;并通过拜占庭容错式的委任权益证明共识机制将各平台优质评价信息上链,有效实现评价信息优胜劣汰、溯源追踪、信息共享。用户可借助平台区块链浏览器高效获取链上存储的优质评价信息,从而降低挑选优质课程资源所需的时间成本。Massive Open Online Courses(MOOC)platform is one of the important channels in releasing digital education resources.It is particularly crucial to establish a scientific and reasonable resource evaluation mechanism to optimize the digital education resource environment.According to the current situation of the resource evaluation mechanism of the MOOC platform,this paper constructed a digital education resource evaluation mechanism to guarantee the quality of user evaluation.This can innovatively introduce the user trust value,design the calculation model of the trust value and the reward and punishment system of the evaluation system,while can encourage users to participate in resource evaluation in an all-round way,expand the participation in existing resource evaluations,and guarantee the quality of user evaluations.Through the Byzantine fault-tolerant proof of rights and interests(BFT-DPOS)consensus mechanism,the high-quality evaluation information of each platform is uploaded to the blockchain,and the survival of the fittest,traceability tracking and information sharing of evaluation information is effectively realized.Users can use the platform blockchain browser to efficiently obtain the high-quality evaluation information stored on the chain,thereby reduce the time and cost required to select high-quality course resources.
