摘  要:中国奶业步入高质量发展阶段,在市场的推动和奶业振兴政策引导下,2021年,我国奶类产量、各类乳制品进口量、乳品工业总产量分别为3777万t、390万t(不含酪蛋白,折合原料奶计约2231万t)、3032万t,同比分别增加7.0%、18.8%、9.4%,国内生产、加工、进口“三量齐增”,一致反映出国内奶类消费需求旺盛。近年来,我国奶类消费量保持增长,消费结构逐渐优化,随着消费者对营养健康关注度不断提高,对奶类有利于提高免疫力观点的认可度增强,预计2022年奶类消费仍将保持一定比例的刚性增长,需求增速有所回落,全年奶类消费量将增至6311万t,增幅约5.0%,人均奶类消费量44.7 kg。Under the guidance of dairy market promotion and the policy of milk industry revitalization,China's dairy industry has stepped into a stage of high-quality development.In 2021,China's milk total yield,dairy import volume and the total output of dairy industry was 37.77 million tons,3.9 million tons(excluding casein,equivalent to about 22.31 million tons of raw milk),30.32 million tons,an increase of 7.0%,18.8%and 9.4%respectively,which reflects the strong demand for domestic milk consumption.In recent years,China's milk consumption has maintained growth and consumption structure has been gradually optimized.As consumers pay more and more attention to nutrition and health,they have more recognition of the idea that milk is beneficial to improving immunity.In 2022,milk consumption will maintain a certain proportion of rigid growth,demand growth is expected to decline,annual milk consumption will increase to 63.11 million tons,an increase of about 5.0%,average consumption per capita reach to 44.7 kg.
