摘　　要：为满足工程教育专业认证的目标要求,高校进行专业课程的教学改革显得尤为必要。本文基于工程教育专业认证的核心理念,构建“包装工艺学”课程的混合式教学模式,从教学目标调整、教学内容重构、教学方法创新、考核评价方式四个维度对混合式教学模式进行了探索与实践,以期为其他课程建设及发展提供指导和借鉴。In order to meet the target requirements of engineering education accreditation,the teaching reform of professional courses is particularly necessary in colleges and universities.Based on the core concept of engineering education accreditation,the hybrid teaching mode of“packaging technology”course was constructed in this paper.The hybrid teaching mode was explored and practiced from four dimensions of teaching goal adjustment,teaching content reconstruction,teaching method innovation and assessment evaluation method.It provides guidance and reference for the construction and development of other courses.
