摘  要:基于粤港澳大湾区6所高校689名在校大学生的调查数据,运用相关分析和结构方程模型探讨大学生劳动教育价值认同与劳动教育收获之间的关系及其作用路径。研究发现:大学生劳动教育价值认同对其劳动教育收获有直接正向影响,行为投入和参与动机在大学生劳动教育价值认同和劳动教育收获之间具有中介作用。因此,可从提高大学生对劳动教育价值认同、激发大学生劳动教育参与动机和促进大学生劳动教育行为投入等途径来提高高校劳动教育的实效性。Based on the survey data of 689 college students from 6 universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this paper used correlation analysis and structural equation model to explore how does value identity affect the effect of college students’labor education.Results show that labor education value identification have a direct positive effect on the labor education gains of college students,behavior input and participation motivation play an intermediary role between college students’labor education value identification and labor education harvest.According to the research conclusions,suggestions such as improving students’value recognition,stimulating students’participation(learning)motivation,and promoting students’learning input are put forward.Therefore,the effectiveness of college labor education can be improved by improving college students’recognition of the value of labor education,stimulating college students’motivation to participate in labor education,and promoting college students’behavioral investment in labor education.
