摘  要:现有配电站机器人使用传统方法识别配电柜元器件效率低,而结合深度学习识别会增加机器人的成本,不利于配电站机器人大规模应用,为此本文提出基于云架构的配电元器件智能识别系统。首先利用OpenStack云计算框架搭建配电站云机器人系统架构,创建RVM服务实例集群,彼此资源隔离、按需部署,以ROS节点方式为机器人提供密集计算服务,避免彼此消息交互时的格式转换;创建人机交互实例UIVM,开发统一监控管理网页平台对区域内多机器人进行管理。然后基于配电站云机器人系统架构并以YOLOv5s算法识别配电柜元器件。最后采集配电站数据,搭建云机器人系统识别配电元器件,对系统可行性和有效性展开实验验证。Existing power distribution station robots use traditional methods to identify power distribution cabinet components with low efficiency,and the combination of deep learning recognition will increase the cost of the robot,which is not conducive to the large-scale application of power distribution station robots.For this reason,this paper proposes a power distribution unit intelligent identification system based on cloud architecture.The OpenStack cloud computing framework is used to build the power distribution station cloud robot system architecture.A cluster of RVM service instances is created with isolated resources and can be deployed on demand,which provide intensive computing services for robots in the form of ROS nodes to avoid format conversion during message interaction with each other.UIVM is used as an example of human-computer interaction,where a unified monitoring and management web platform is developed to manage multiple robots in the area.Based on the cloud robot system architecture of the power distribution station,the YOLOv5s algorithm is used to identify the components of the power distribution cabinet.The data of the power distribution station is collected and a cloud robot system is built to identify the power distribution components.Experiments are conducted to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.
