摘 要:目的:探讨如何编写与实施以口腔颌面部疼痛为主线的口腔临床医学CDIO教案。方法:将参加大学生创新创业项目的口腔医学生分为对照组和实验组。对照组实施口腔颌面部疼痛相关疾病的传统大课教学。针对实验组学生,我们组织编写以口腔颌面部疼痛为主线的口腔临床医学CDIO教案,并经专家论证,在实验组学生中实施并反馈。通过期末考试对学生的理论知识及专业综合实践能力进行评估,并通过问卷调查比较两种不同教学模式的效果差异。结果:与对照组学生比较,实验组学生的主观分析能力、口腔操作技能、团队协作及医患沟通等多方面的能力均显著提高(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示口腔医学生对以口腔颌面部疼痛为主线的CDIO教案的编写和实施表示认可和满意。结论:以口腔颌面部疼痛为主线的口腔临床医学CDIO教案有助于提高口腔医学生的学习成绩、口腔临床操作、口腔思辨、医患沟通及团队协作等多方面的能力。Objective:To explore the experience of compiling and implementing a CDIO curriculum of the cases in Stomatology based on oral and maxillofacial pain.Methods:The undergraduate students who participated in College Students’innovation and entrepreneurship training program in 2015 and 2016 were chosen in control group and in experimental group.The traditional teaching model was implemented to introduce oral and maxillofacial pain related diseases in control group.In experiment group,the CDIO curriculum was compiled by teaching section of Stomatology and implemented with oral and maxillofacial pain as the main line.Through expert demonstration,the CDIO teaching plan was implemented in experiment group.The students’professional knowledge and practice ability were evaluated by final examination and the effect difference of these two teaching models was compared by questionnaire survey.Results:The students’multidimensional ability,such as subjective analysis,stomatological skills,teamwork,and physician-patient communication,was more excellent in experiment group than that in control group(P<0.05).The stomatological students agreed with the compiling and implementing of CDIO curriculum based on oral and maxillofacial pain.Conclusion:The CDIO curriculum of Stomatology based on oral and maxillofacial pain could improve the students’academic records,stomatological skills,stomatological thinking,physician-patient communication and teamwork ability,which was worth to be further explored and applied in Stomatology teaching process.
