医学生科普知识竞赛在儿科实践教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的:对高年级医学生开展医学相关科普知识竞赛以促进中西医结合儿科学课程实践教学改革。方法:以中西医临床医学专业大四年级学生为研究对象,学生采用自愿组合组队参赛,竞赛分初赛和决赛。通过对现场观摩学生发放问卷调研,完成统计。结果:提升学生自学(96.6%)与查阅文献能力(94.9%)居前列;认为对专业有指导意义(89.9%)与肯定本次教学方法改革(88.9%),提高了团队协作能力(84.7%),有利于个人创新实践能力(83.8%)、表达沟通能力(81.3%)、学习兴趣(81.3%)、归纳总结能力(73.7%)、分析及解决问题能力(71.2%)的提升。结论:本次教学方法改革能有效提升学生个人学习、团队协同、表达沟通等能力,提升教师组织与教学质量。Objective:To promote the reform of pediatrics practice teaching of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine by holding senior medical knowledge contest.Methods:the senior students majoring in clinical medicine of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were taken as the research object,and the students volunteered to form a team to take part in the competition,which was divided into preliminary contest and final contest.Through the questionnaire survey of students on the spot,the statistics are completed.Results:the improvement of students’self-study ability(96.6%)and literature reference ability(94.9%)was in the forefront.It is considered to be instructive to the major(89.9%),and it is affirmed that this teaching method reform(88.9%)has improved the team cooperation ability(84.7%),which is beneficial to individual innovation and practice ability(83.8%),expression and communication ability(81.3%),stimulating learning interest(81.3%)and summarizing ability(73.7%).Conclusion:the reform of teaching method can effectively improve students’individual learning,teamwork,expression and communication skills,and improve teachers’organizational ability and teaching quality.
