摘　　要：现如今,"00后"是高校学生的“主力军”,对他们开展社会责任意识和担当教育十分必要。新时代"三全育人"理念要求高校全面开展人才综合素质培养,各科教师以及管理人员都需要不遗余力地投入到育人及教育改革的工作中,及时了解"00后"大学生的学习和发展情况,明确影响因素,有针对性地设计教育实施方案,提出有效的培育策略。Nowadays, "the post-2000s generation" are the "main force" of college students, and it is very necessary to carry out social responsibility awareness and responsibility education for them. The concept of "three complete education" in the new era requires colleges and universities to carry out comprehensive quality training of talents in an all-round way. Teachers and managers of all disciplines need to spare no effort in the work of education and educational reform, timely understand the learning and development of "the post-2000s generation" college students, clarify the influencing factors, design targeted education implementation plans, and put forward effective cultivation strategies.
