摘　　要：提升高职院校学生的思想道德和法治教育水平是依法治国和以德治国的要求。但部分高职院校的思政课教学仍然存在很多问题,如何确保学生能够在思政课的学习中接受高质量的思想道德教育和法治教育成为亟须解决的问题。要解决这个问题,需要高职院校坚持理论与实践教育、线上与线下教学、教学与校内宣传相结合,并加强教师队伍建设,为提高学生的思想道德和法治教育水平保驾护航,使学生成长为国家需求、社会尊重、三观健康之才。To improve the ideological and moral education level of students in higher vocational colleges is the requirement of governing the country by law and morality. However, there are still many problems in the teaching of ideological and political courses in some higher vocational colleges. How to ensure that students can receive high-quality ideological and moral education and legal education in the learning of ideological and political courses has become an urgent problem to be solved. To solve this problem, higher vocational colleges need to adhere to the combination of theoretical and practical education, online and offline teaching, teaching and campus publicity, and strengthen the construction of teachers, so as to protect and escort the improvement of students’ ideological and moral and legal education level, so that students can grow into talents with national needs, social respect and three outlooks health.
