摘 要:目的探讨以住院医师为主体的自主小讲座结合移动教学在妇产科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用。方法对2018及2019年度的妇产科专业住培对象25名,采用以住院医师为主体,即住院医师讲、住院医师听、导师辅导点评,同时结合移动教学开展小讲座培训。3个月为一个学习阶段,结束后对所学内容进行阶段考核,并进行问卷调查和效果评价,分析教学效果。结果25名住院医师在阶段考核中均取得了优秀成绩,88%以上住院医师对住院医师讲课结合移动教学的小讲座给予了高度评价,认为其可以让住院医师变被动为主动,激发学习兴趣,提高学习效果。结论自主小讲座结合移动教学有利于帮助住院医师掌握扎实的基础理论知识,培养住院医师自主学习的习惯和能力,提高临床专业素养,教学效果好,值得推广。Objective To explore the application value of resident-oriented small lectures combined with mobile teaching in standardized training for obstetrics and gynecology residents.Methods 25 residents in obstetrics and gynecology in 2018 and 2019 were trained with the mode of"residents teaching,residents listen,tutors guidance and comment".Meanwhile,mobile teaching was combined to carry out small lecture training.After three months for a period of study,the content was evaluated by stage assessment,and the teaching effect was analyzed by questionnaire survey and effect evaluation.Results All the 25 residents in standardized training achieved excellent results in the stage assessment.More than 88%of the residents spoke highly of the"lecture by residents"combined with mobile teaching mode,believing that it could change residents’passivity into initiative,stimulate their interest in learning and improve their learning effect.Conclusion The combination of resident-oriented small lectures with mobile teaching mode is beneficial to helping residents master solid basic theoretical knowledge,cultivate the habit and ability of independent learning,and improve clinical professional quality.The teaching effect is good,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
