摘　　要：目的本研究拟探讨CBL联合PBL教学法在妇产科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中应用的可行性,并对CBL联合PBL教学法教学效果进行评估。方法36名接受妇产科住培的住院医师采用自身对照,分别接受传统教学法以及CBL联合PBL教学法。通过理论考核、技能考核以及调查问卷的形式对教学效果进行评价。结果接受CBL联合PBL教学法的住院医师理论考核及技能考核成绩,显著优于接受传统教学法的住院医师。住院医师对CBL联合PBL教学法的可行性、对基础理论知识的巩固和临床思维的建立方面的满意度均显著优于传统教学法。结论CBL联合PBL教学法在妇产科住培中有着显著的应用价值,推荐在妇产科住培中广泛开展。Objective This study was to explore the feasibility of CBL combined with PBL teaching method in clinical standardized training for obstetrics and gynecology residents,and to evaluate its clinical teaching effect.Methods Thirty-six standardized training residents for obstetricians and gynecologists received traditional teaching method and CBL combined with PBL teaching method respectively.The teaching effect is evaluated through examinations and questionnaires.Data were analyzed by SPSS 26.0 software.The measurement data were expressed as x±s and t test was used.The count data were expressed in rate and chi-square test was used.P<0.05was considered statistically significant.Results The results of clinical theory assessment and clinical practice skill assessment of the students receiving CBL combined with PBL teaching were obviously better than those receiving traditional teaching method.The residents’satisfaction with CBL combined with PBL teaching method,the consolidation of basic theoretical knowledge and the establishment of clinical thinking was significantly better than that of the traditional teaching group.Conclusion CBL combined with PBL teaching method has significant application value in the standardized training for obstetricians and gynecologists,and it is recommended to be widely carried out in the standardized training for obstetricians and gynecologists.
