摘 要:研究民办高校学生心目中优秀教师的特征,对他们的教学影响力何来、何为与何用进行类属分析和情境分析,结果发现:在教学个性上,民办高校优秀教师普遍具有比较强的亲和力和责任感;在教学行为上,他们善于在结合与转化中传道,善于激发学生的学习动机,善于营造支持性的学习环境;在教学相长中,他们既促进了学生发展,也成就了自己。学习优秀教师的教学经验,提高教学影响力,可以从提高亲和力入手。Taking aprivate college as the case,it chooses excellent teachers as examples from the perspective of students,and then conducts analysis of categorization and contextualization on the origin,behavior and function of their teaching influence.The results show that excellent teachers at the college generally have stronger affinity and sense of responsibility.In teaching,they are good at combining and transforming contents,stimulating students’learning motivation,and creating a supportive learning environment.Their teaching not only promotes the development of students,but also benefits the teachers themselves.In order to improve teaching influence,teachers could learn from their teaching experience and start from improving affinity.
