摘 要:目的了解基层护理人员在线学习现状,分析影响基层护理人员在线学习的因素。方法2020年9—10月,采用分层随机抽样的方法,抽取重庆108个基层医疗机构的1630名执业护士进行问卷调查,用χ^(2)检验和二元logistics分析影响在线学习相关的因素。结果收回有效问卷701份,701名中,645名(92.0%)参加了继续教育,634名(90.4%)参与了在线继续学习。基层护理人员的年龄、收入、参与继续教育的态度对在线学习有影响(P<0.05)。结论在线学习是基层护理人员继续教育的重要途径,管理者应加强基层护理人员继续学习重要性教育,培养终身学习的意识,并根据基层护理人员特征开展针对性的继续教育。Objective To get to know the current status of online learning of primary health care nurses and to analyze the corresponding influencing factors.Methods A stratified random sampling study with questionnaires was conducted among 1630 Registered Nurses from 108 primary health care facilities from September to October 2020.Chi square test and binary logistics analysis were used to analyze the factors that influenced their online learning.Results A total of 701 valid questionnaires were collected,among which 645(92.0%)had ever taken part in continuing education and 634(90.4%)participated online learning.Age,income,and attitudes towards continuing education affected online learning(P<0.05).Conclusion Online learning is an important approach of continuing education for primary health care nurses.It is necessary for administrators to stress the importance of continuing education for primary health care nurses,to foster the conception of lifelong learning and develop tailored online learning programs for them.
