摘  要:为了提高中医内科学课程的教学实施效果,本教研室结合对分课堂的理念对教学方式进行调整,充分利用名老中医的临床经典医案,精简课堂中的理论教学,以课下进行临床医案讨论和知识内化吸收,隔周进行临床医案分析和讨论的方式进行教学。结果表明这种对分课堂结合医案分析的教学模式时间安排较为合理,能够有效提高教学效果,并能从自主学习、思辨、沟通和临床应用能力等多方面提高学生的中医临床诊疗能力。In order to improve the teaching effect of the course of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,the teaching method should be adjusted according to the idea of divided classes,and the classical medical records of famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors should be fully utilized to simplify the theoretical teaching in the class,the teaching was carried out in the way of clinical case discussion and knowledge internalization absorption after class,and clinical case analysis and discussion every other week.The results showed that this kind of teaching mode,which combines the PAD class combined with medical records analysis,is reasonable in time arrangement,can effectively improve the teaching effect,it can improve students’ability of clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine from Independent learning,thinking,communication and clinical application ability.
