课程思政融入“前厅服务与管理”课程教学的实践探索

摘　　要：2020年教育部印发《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》的通知,明确指出课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措。文章通过分析酒店工作岗位对人才的要求,明确酒店管理专业《前厅服务与管理》课程思政的培养目标,并提出《前厅服务与管理》课程思政教学实施的建议,促进酒店管理专业人才培养目标的实现。In 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the notice of“Guiding Outline of Ideological and Political Construction of Curriculum in Colleges and Universities”,which clearly pointed out that the ideological and political construction of curriculum is a strategic measure to implement the fundamental task of moral education.By analyzing the requirements of hotel jobs for talents,this paper clarifies the ideological and political training objectives of“Front Office Service and Management”course for hotel management major,and puts forward suggestions on the implementation of ideological and political teaching of“Front Office Service and Management”course,so as to promote the realization of the training objectives of hotel management professionals.
