基于“赛证课”融合的应用型本科人才培养模式研究——以上海市S校工程管理专业为例

摘　　要：为顺应当今建筑业、房地产业对工程管理专业应用型人才的需求,落实中央有关“稳步发展职业本科教育,深化‘岗课赛证’综合育人,提升教育质量。”的重要指示,本文以上海市S校为例,分析传统工程管理专业人才培养的现状及困境,阐述了基于“赛证课”融合的应用型本科人才培养路径和具体措施,以期对相关专业人才培养提供有益参考。In order to meet the current demand for applied talents in engineering management in the construction and real estate industries,and implement the important instructions of the central government on“steadily developing vocational undergraduate education,deepening the comprehensive education of’post-class competition certificate’and improving the quality of education.”,Taking Shanghai S school as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and predicament of traditional engineering management professional personnel training,and expounds the training path and specific measures of applied undergraduate talents based on the integration of“competition and certification courses”,in order to provide a useful reference for the training of relevant professional talents.
