摘  要:研究十余年来德国接受职业教育人员的数量及发展趋势,以及德国四种类型职业教育的受教育者的数量和比例构成,分析了四类受教育者数量增减的原因。“双元制”职业教育作为德国职业教育的重要组成部分,受教育者数量长期保持稳定,教育结构适应经济技术发展需求,为我国职业教育改革提供借鉴。Number and development trend of German vocational education personnel in the past ten years, together with the proportion of the four types of German vocational education educatees are studied. Reasons for increase and decrease of the number of four types of educated people are analyzed. As a key component of German vocational education, “dual system” is discussed in the article. The number of educated people has remained stable for a long time, and its educational structure adapts to economic and technological development requirements, which provieds reference for Chinese vocational education reform.
