摘  要:“导师—研究生”关系是影响研究生教育高质量发展的重要因素之一。“导师—研究生”关系呈现教学互动性、科研共生性和时空超越性的特征。导师与研究生面临着教学关系淡漠化、科研关系疏远化和生活关系断续化的现实问题。要化解“导师—研究生”关系存在的现实问题,需要突破教学方式制约,激发导师与研究生的情感共鸣;变革科研管理制度,实现导师与研究生的科研共生;坚持立德树人导向,加强导师与研究生的生活对话。Clearly, the relationship between supervisor and postgraduate is one of the important factors,which can affect the high quality development of graduate education. The relationship between supervisor and postgraduate illustrates the characteristics of teaching interaction, scientific research symbiosis and time and space transcendence. There is no doubt that the supervisor and postgraduate are faced with the practical problems such as desertification of teaching relationship, alienation of scientific research relationship and discontinuity of life relationship. In order to solve the practical problems of supervisor-postgraduate relationship, it is necessary to break through the restriction of teaching methods and stimulate the emotional resonance between supervisor and postgraduate. Also, it is essential to reform the management system of scientific research and realize the symbiosis of scientific research between supervisor and postgraduate.The aim is to insist on the moral education orientation and strengthen the life dialogue between supervisor and postgraduate.
