摘 要:为幼儿园教师课堂管理的相关研究提供有效调查工具,采用方便取样,对浙江省杭州市、宁波市、湖州市和绍兴市496名幼儿园教师进行调查。项目分析证明本量表具有良好的区分度,符合心理测量学标准。探索性因素分析提取了5个公因子,命名为组织教学活动、师幼互动、营造课堂环境、秩序维持以及幼儿参与性。验证性因素分析表明模型拟合良好。自编的幼儿园教师课堂管理能力量表由5个维度和22个题项组成,且具有良好的信效度,能作为有效的调查工具。In order to provide effective investigation tools for the research of kindergarten teacher classroom management,496 kindergarten teachers in Hangzhou, Ningbo, Huzhou and Shaoxing of Zhejiang Province are investigated by convenient sampling. It seems that the item analysis has proved the scale and psychometric criteria. Clearly, exploratory factor analysis extracts five common factors such as organizing teaching activities, teacher-child interaction, creating a classroom environment, maintaining order, and child engagement. Also, confirmatory factor analysis has shown that the model is fitted well. Therefore, kindergarten teacher classroom management ability scale is compiled by study. The scale consists of 5 dimensions and 22 questions, which reflects good reliability and validity. Similarly, the scale can be used as a valid survey instrument.
