摘  要:针对轮式装载机动臂设计过程中轻量化的问题,在分析装载机的水平插入和垂直掘起受力工况的基础上,建立以体积为设计变量优化模型。基于ANSYS软件中的参数化设计语言APDL,应用ANSYS软件中拓扑优化模块对动臂进行结构拓扑优化设计,得出不同体积设计变量下的优化结果。对优化后的结果进行强度分析,在垂直掘起受力工况下,通过粘贴应变花试验验证,优化前、后的应力云图和位移变形图与试验结果相吻合。结果表明:优化后的动臂各项性能均满足工程设计要求,从而得出在该优化模型的基础上来确定主要设计参数,从而减轻传统的动臂设计质量,达到了节能目的。Aiming on the lightweight in the design process of the wheel loader boom,the optimization model based on volume design is established on the basis of analyzing the loading conditions of both the horizontal insertion and the vertical rising force.Based on the parametric design language APDL in ANSYS software,the topology optimization design of the boom is carried out by using the topology optimization module in ANSYS software,and the optimization results of the different volume design variables are obtained.Strength analysis was carried out on the optimized results.Under the condition of vertical rising force,the stress nephogram and the displacement deformation diagram before and after optimization were verified by sticking strain gauge and the results were in good agreement with the experimental results.The results show that all the performances of the optimized boom can meet the engineering design requirements,and the main design parameters can be determined on the basis of the optimized model.Thus the traditional design quality of the boom will be reduced and the purpose of energy saving will be achieved.
