摘 要:在没有实战装备作为教学案例、没有装备模型提供实验条件的情况下,无人装备工程新专业需要采用研究式的培养模式开展教学改革活动。以实践为驱动的研究式学习,以科研为牵引的研究式教学,通过导师制保障研究式学习过程及条件建设夯实研究式教学基础,真正做到以学员为中心、以学习效果为根本出发点,在参研参训式培养、实战化教学等方面具有广泛的应用前景。In the case of no actual combat equipment for reference and no equipment model to facilitate experimentation,the new major of unmanned equipment engineering needs to take creative measures by using research-based training mode that mainly involves such factors as practice-based research learning,research-driven teaching promoted by scientific research and the support of learning process through tutor system.The consolidation of research-based teaching foundation through the construction of teaching facilities helps implement students-centered conception and ensure learning effect.It has the prospect of application in research training and combat-based teaching scenarios.
