摘  要:师范院校是中国特色师范教育体系的主体,在教师教育中发挥着引领作用。历经近二十年的综合化发展,师范院校教师教育特色弱化,去师范化趋势明显;教师教育办学定位弱化,师范专业建设受重视程度日趋下降。这与非师范院校办学规模扩张稀释教师教育生长空间、专业与学术对立的思维误导师范院校办学目标、教师教育供给同市场发展需求间缺乏适配性等不无关系。为了治理综合化趋势下教师教育中的诸多弊病,师范院校必须以建立公益属性的中国特色教师教育体系为立足点,发挥政府在师范教育中的主导作用,确立以项目制为基础的教师教育财政投入机制;师范院校应正确处理专业性与学术性的关系,基于新的三级体系制定功能清晰、体系合理的教师教育供给侧改革方案;教师教育必须坚持师德养成教育,加强教师教育课程建设,重视管理体系的配置优化。Normal colleges are the main body of the normal education system with Chinese characteristics and play a leading role in teacher education.After nearly two decades of comprehensive development,the features and the importance of teacher education in normal colleges have been weakened,and the trend of de-normalized education has been strengthened.Reasons are as follows.First,the expansion of non-teacher education in normal institutions in the context of university expansion greatly weakened the main status of teacher education in normal colleges and universities.Secondly,the contradiction between professional and academic of teacher education intensified the deviation of the development orientation of teacher education in normal colleges and universities.Thirdly,the mismatch between supply and demand of teacher education has directly led to the relative shrinkage of the scale of teacher education majors.In order to properly address the shortcomings in teacher education under the trend of comprehensive development,firstly,government should play the leading role in teacher education,and establish a financial investment mechanism for teacher education based on the project system;furthermore,normal colleges and universities should properly balance the academic demand and specialty of teacher education,and build a supply-side reform program of teacher education with clear functions and reasonable systems based on the new three-tier system;lastly,teacher education must adhere to teacher ethics education,strengthen the construction of teacher education courses,and pay attention to the optimization of the management system.
