摘 要:在课程思政视域下把叙事医学融入“病理学”实验教学中,探讨其对提高医学生病理学学习的兴趣、人文素养以及促进思政育人的作用。结果表明该教学模式有助于激发学生认真观察病理标本、探索患者临床症状的病理机制的内在动力,能更促进学生努力学习医学知识、拓宽知识面。此外,调查结果还显示,该教学模式有助于学生树立坚定的医学职业信念、培养医者仁心的责任感,有助于树立社会主义核心价值观,亦有助于实现在专业课程中价值引领与知识导向的有机统一。This educational reform integrates narrative medicine into the experiment teaching of pathology under the perspective of curriculum-based ideological and political education,and discusses its effect on improving student’s interest in pathology,cultivating medical humanities,and promoting ideological and political education.The results show that the teaching mode is helpful to elevate students’ internal motivation to explore the pathological mechanism of clinical symptoms of patients,further to promote students to study medical knowledge hard and broaden the field of knowledge.In addition,the survey results also show that this teaching model helps students to establish a firm belief in the medical profession,cultivate a sense of responsibility for doctors’ benevolence,and contribute to the establishment of socialist core values,as well as help to achieve the organic unity of value guidance and knowledge guidance in professional courses.
