摘　　要：医古文是高等中医药院校中医药类专业的一门具有重要工具性质的专业基础课,而其文选则是该课程教学的主要内容。由王育林教授主编的“十四五”规划教材《医古文》,在文选注释方面可谓精当,但仍然存在一些词语释义不准确、词语当注而未注等问题,结合有关观点、例证对其进行商补,方便学生阅读与使用。Classical Literature of Traditional Chinese Medicine is a professional basic course with an important instrumental nature for traditional Chinese medicine majors in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,and its selected works are the main content of the course teaching.Classical Literature of Traditional Chinese Medicine edited by Professor Wang Yulin is ranked as “the 14th Five-Year Plan” textbook.Although the book is excellent and accurate in the annotation of those selected works,there are still some flaws such as inaccurate words interpretation and words that should be annotated but not.This paper combines the relevant viewpoints and examples to supplement the content for the convenience of students to read and use.
