摘  要:在基于产出的OBE育人理念下,应用型高等院校对于师资力量提出了更高要求。青年教师是当前高校师资力量中最重要的有生力量,其教学技能和工程实践能力不仅体现了高校师资水平,也直接影响了高等学校人才培养的水平和服务社会的能力。通过分析高校青年教师的现状,以青年博士教师为培养对象,探索了教学技能与工程能力双能并重的青年教师培养模式。该模式可操作性强,能够有效提高新入职青年博士教师的理论教学和工程实践能力,对于高等学校的长远发展具有深远的意义。Under the OBE educational concept, applied colleges and universities have put forward higher requirements for teachers. Young teachers are the most important effective force among the current college teachers.Their teaching skills and engineering practice ability not only reflect the level of college teachers, but also directly affect the level of talent training and the ability to serve the society of colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the current situation of young teachers in colleges and universities, takes the newly introduced young doctoral teachers as the training object, and explores the training mode of young teachers with equal emphasis on both teaching skills and engineering ability. The training mode of young teachers is highly operable and can effectively improve the theoretical teaching and engineering practice ability of new young doctoral teachers. It has far-reaching practical significance for the long-term development of colleges and universities.
