摘  要:农村教师对于学生除了传授知识,还肩负着传播现代文明、传承社会主流文化、传递国家意志的使命。稳定优秀人才立足于农村教育,落实立德树人根本任务对于农村教育至关重要。在大量调研数据的基础上,总结黑龙江省农村义务教育教师队伍建设取得的成绩,结合数据分析不稳定的因素:师资配置不足、薪资不满意;工作压力大、职业效能感弱;缺乏系统化教育培训体系;职称评聘难度大。结合基层教师的意见,按照国家政策,提出稳定农村教师队伍的办法。The mission of rural teachers is not only to impart knowledge to rural students, but also to spread modern civilization, inherit social mainstream culture and transmit the will of the state. It is important for rural education that stabilizing outstanding talents and implementing the fundamental task of moral education. On the basis of a large number of survey data, the achievements in the construction of rural compulsory education teachers in Heilongjiang province are summed up. The unstable factors combined with data analysis are lack of teachers, not satisfied salaries, work pressure, weak professional efficacy, lack of systematic education and training system and difficult title evaluation. This paper puts forward the way to stabilize the rural teachers in accordance with the opinions of grassroots teachers and national policy.
