摘 要:随着食品安全逐渐受到重视,禽蛋中的兽药残留问题成为了人们关注的焦点。兽药按用途主要分为7类,兽药残留不仅会影响人们的身体健康,还会威胁周边的生态环境,最终影响畜牧业的发展。为进一步研究并建立高效的兽药残留检测技术,本文综述了常用的禽蛋检测的前处理方法和检测方法,以了解禽蛋中兽药残留的新技术和新方向。With the increasing attention to food safety,veterinary drug residues in poultry eggs have become the focus of attention.Veterinary drugs are mainly divided into 7 categories according to their uses.The most direct harm of veterinary drug residues is to affect people’s health,threaten the surrounding ecological environment,and ultimately affect the development of animal husbandry.In order to further study and establish an efficient detection technology for veterinary drug residues,this paper summarizes the commonly used pretreatment methods and detection methods for the detection of veterinary drug residues in poultry eggs,so as to understand the new technology and new direction of veterinary drug residues in poultry eggs.
