摘　　要：甜菊糖是一种天然的低热量、高甜度甜味剂,对人体无毒性和副作用,具有降血压、降血糖、消炎和抗癌等特点,符合人们的健康需求,被应用于饮料、蜜饯、乳制品等食品的制作中,具有广泛的应用前景和良好的效果。Stevia is a natural sweetener with low calorie and high sweetness.It is non-toxic and has side effects on human body.It has the characteristics of lowering blood pressure,lowering blood sugar,anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer.It meets the health needs of people.It is used in the production of beverages,candied fruits,dairy products and other foods.It has broad application prospects and good effects.
