摘　　要：“五育并举、融合育人”是现阶段各高职院校落实“立德树人”根本任务、提升教育成效的重要举措。医学高职院校一定程度存在专业教育与通识教育不平衡等问题,有必要推进“五育融合”育人举措,提升人才培养质量。对当前医学高职院校的“五育”教育现状进行研究,促使医学高职院校对“五育融合”育人的人才培养改革方案进行设计,探索“五育融合”育人多种有效实施途径并全面推进。“Five-education integration”is an important measure for each higher vocational college to carry out the basic task of"establishing virtue and cultivating people"and enhance the educational effect.But there is a long-standing problem of imbalance between professional education and general education in medical vocational colleges,so it is especially necessary to promote the initiative of"five-education integration"to improve the quality of talent training.This paper studies the current situation of"five-education",so that medical higher vocational colleges can carry out top-level design for the reform plan of"five-education integration",to explore various effective ways to implement"five-education integration"and comprehensively promote its effectiveness.
