埃里克森人格发展理论对0~3岁儿童家庭教育的启示

摘　　要：美国著名的发展心理学家埃里克森把人格发展分为相互衔接的8个阶段,其中前两个阶段涉及0~3岁儿童的人格发展。据此理论,文章对0~3岁儿童人格教育提出建议:培养孩子快乐而稳定的情绪,培养孩子的独立自主性和自信心,旨在唤起广大父母重视0~3岁儿童人格教育,为儿童一生健康人格的形成奠定良好的基础。Erikson,a famous American development psychologist,divided personality development in-to eight interconnected stages,of which the first two stages involve the personality development of children aged 0-3.Based on this theory,this paper puts forward some suggestions on personality education for chil-dren aged 0-3 it is necessary to cultivate children’s happy and stable emotions,to cultivate children’s inde-pendence and self-confidence,and to arouse parents’attention to personality education for children aged 0-3,so as to lay a good foundation for the formation of children’s healthy personality.
