摘  要:农业农村现代化需要高素质的职业农民,职业教育是培养新型职业农民的“主战场”。基于职业教育与乡村振兴协同理论,融入“一懂两爱”人才培养,文章从目标、动机、态度、能力几方面破解职业教育与乡村振兴协同发展的难点,以培养“一懂两爱”高质量职业人才为目标,构建要素聚合的“1+N”协同的乡村振兴人才培养模式,提出促进职业教育与乡村振兴全产业链、人才链融合的实施途径,实现职业教育与乡村振兴长效协同发展。The modernization of agriculture and rural areas needs high-quality professional farmers,and vocational education is the“main battlefield”of training new professional farmers.Based on the theory of vocational education and rural revitalization of synergy,blending in talent training of“understanding agri-culture and loving rural area and farmers”,this paper solves the difficulties of the coordinated development of vocational education and rural revitalization from the aspects of target,motivation,attitude,ability,aims to cultivate high-quality vocational talents who“understand agriculture and love rural area and farmers”,constructs rural revitalization talents training mode of“1+N”synergy with elements aggregated,and puts forward the implementation paths to promote the integration of vocational education and the whole industrial chain and talent chain of rural revitalization,so as to realize the long-term coordinated development of voca-tional education and rural revitalization.
