摘  要:高校辅导员是形势与政策课兼职教师的主要来源,提升高校辅导员的教学能力,既是辅导员自身专业化职业化发展的内在需要,也是促进形势与政策课教学质量提升的重要保障。因此,通过构建高校辅导员和形势与政策课兼职教师教学能力提升的融合机制:建立形势与政策课兼职教师(辅导员)的准入和退出机制;建立辅导员与形势与政策课教师教学协同育人机制;建设兼职教师(辅导员)发展的教学科研机制,补足辅导员担任形势与政策课教师的短板,以促进辅导员教学能力提升、促进“形势与政策”课教学质量提高。College counselors are the main source of part-time teachers for the course of Situation and Policy.To improve the teaching ability of college counselors is not only the internal need for the professional development of counselors themselves,but also an important guarantee to promote the teaching quality of the course of Situation and Policy.Therefore,through building an integration mechanism of improving the teaching ability of college counselors and part-time teachers of the course of Situation and Policy,the access and exit mechanism of part-time teachers(counselors)of the course of Situation and Policy,the collaborative education mechanism between counselors and teachers of the course of Situation and Policy,the teaching and research mechanism of part-time teachers(counselors)should be built to make up the shortcomings of counselors as teachers of the course of Situation and Policy,so as to promote the teaching ability of counselors and the teaching quality of the course of Situation and Policy.
