摘　　要：随着“一带一路”倡议的深入推进,我国与“一带一路”沿线国家经贸合作发展迅速,如何定位和培养符合市场需求的国贸人才,积极对接和服务“一带一路”建设是地方本科院校改革面临的关键问题。只有对国贸专业的课程体系进行合理设置,不断推进实践教学改革,培养出的人才才能与市场需求、“一带一路”相匹配。基于此,对现今地方本科院校国贸专业在人才培养模式中存在的问题进行深入分析,提出适应市场需求的实践教学模式解决措施。With the pushing forward of“tne Belt and Road”,the economic and trade cooperation between our country and countries along the“the Belt and Road”is developing fast.How to locate and train talents of IETM in accordance with the demand of market to actively meet with and serve for the construction of“One Belt One Road”is a key point facing by local undergraduate colleges when reforming.Only by reasonable setting of course system of IETM and pushing forward practical teaching reforming,the talents trained could meet with the requirement of market and“One Belt One Road”.The manuscript made a deep analysis of existing problems for IETMs professional training mode in local undergraduate colleges,and further presented some applicable solutions for establishing practical teaching mode to market demand.
