基于项目式教学的企业融资与金融工具应用课程设计应用研究

摘　　要：企业融资与金融工具应用课程针对会计学专业学生开设,基于财务管理学基础,深化对融资理论的认识,拓展融资工具实践体会,促进学生会计学和金融学跨学科知识融合。结合课程内容和实践特征,建立9个项目学习任务,并基于每个项目任务划分事实和概念类知识、程序类知识和元认知,按照PBL建构主义和以学生为中心的教学理念,设计贯穿课前、课中和课后全过程,学生和教师深度融合参与的“沉浸式”闭环教学模式,实现学生在掌握新知识丰富内涵的同时获得主动学习的自我成就感,最大限度激发持续学习和探索的热情。Combining the course content and practical characteristics of“corporate financing and financial tools application”,we establish 9 project learning tasks,and divide factual and conceptual knowledge,procedural knowledge and metacognition knowledge based on each project task.According to PBL constructivism and student-centered concept,we design an"immersive"closed-loop teaching mode by the deep integration and participation of students and teachers throughout the whole process of pre-class,in-class and after-class,and promotes students to acquire a sense of self-fulfillment in active learning while mastering the rich connotation of new knowledge,meanwhile maximize enthusiasm for continuous learning and exploration.
