摘  要:“民族教育信息化”是教育学、民族学、计算机科学与技术的跨学科交叉概念,本质上即现代信息技术助推民族文化传播和民族人才培养的综合性社会活动。在本体逻辑、社会逻辑和学科逻辑的耦合下,民族教育信息化衍生出“信息技术与民族教育深度融合、民族地区教育信息化条件建设、民族地区优质教育资源开发、民族地区教育资源优化配置”四个维度的学科知识内容。推进民族教育信息化的学科理论发展和实践建设,需要实现从“被动接受”到“主动服务”的观念变革,从“统筹部署”到“系统治理”的政策保障,从“政府主导”到“跨界融合”的模式转型,从“应用驱动”到“创新驱动”的技术革新,从“满足需求”到“共建共享”的服务升级,从而真正彰显民族教育信息化的时代内涵与价值逻辑。“Informatization of ethnic education” is an interdisciplinary concept of pedagogy, ethnology, and computer science. It is essentially a comprehensive social activity in which modern information technology promotes the dissemination of ethnic culture and the cultivation of ethnic professionals. Under the coupling of ontology logic, social logic and subject logic, ethnic education informatization has derived from four dimensions: “deep integration of information technology and ethnic education, construction of educational information conditions in ethnic areas, development of high-quality educational resources in ethnic areas, and optimal allocation of educational resources in ethnic areas”. To promote ethnic education informatization construction of discipline theory and practice construction, we need to realize conceptual change from “passive acceptance” to “active service”, from “overall deployment” to “systematic governance”in policy guarantee, from “government-dominance” to “cross-sector integration” in model transformation, from “application driven” to “innovation driven”in technological innovation, from “demand satisfaction” to “joint development and sharing” in service upgrade, thus truly reveal the ethnic education informatization age connotation and value logic.
