基于核心素养培养的大学英语课程建设与实践——以中南大学为例

摘　　要：21世纪的中国教育,聚焦于核心素养培养,对大学英语课程建设提出了更高的要求。针对新的形势和人才培养需求,中南大学外国语学院树立核心素养培养理念,以“两性一度”的金课标准,加强大学英语类课程的建设,构建新的大学英语课程体系。同时,针对大学英语教学在核心素养培养中的作用及现有课程教学中存在的关键问题,研究解决问题的路径与教育教学方案。在教学资源建设,大学英语泛在学习环境构建,“教、研、学、赛”一体化的大学英语教学模式和人才培养机制等方面,开展了一系列的探索与研究。实践表明,全方位、体系化的课程建设,能有效提高大学英语教育质量,培养具有核心素养的国际化人才。Focusing on core literacy, Chinese education in the 21st century has higher requirements for the construction of College English curriculum. In view of the new situation and talent cultivation needs, we set up the concept of core literacy cultivation, build a new college English curriculum system, study the path to solve the problems existing in current College English education and teaching, strengthen the construction of teaching resources, build a good ubiquitous environment for college English teaching and learning, and strengthen the construction and reform of college English courses based on Three Criteria of “Profoundness-Innovation-Challenging”, the teaching mode and talent cultivation mechanism of “Teaching,Researching, Learning and Competing” are created. It is proved that a comprehensive and systematic curriculum construction can effectively improve the quality of College English education and cultivate international talents with core literacy.
